Who is Epivare made for?
EPIVARE is designed for melanin-rich, deeply dry, and sensitive skin. Skin that's often left out of mainstream skincare formulation. If you deal with dark spots, uneven tone, or discoloration, Epivare was made with you in mind.

Is EPIVARE safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. EPIVARE is thoughtfully formulated with sensitive and deeply dry skin in mind. As with any new skincare product, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application, especially if you have known sensitivities. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use.

How do I use it?
Directions for each product are included on the packaging, check there for the specifics. As a general rule, we always recommend wearing sunscreen during the day.

When will I see results?
Skin is different for everyone, so results vary from person to person. With consistent use as part of your routine, many people begin noticing a difference in tone and texture over time. We recommend giving any new product at least 4–6 weeks before evaluating results.

Do you ship internationally?
We're currently based in the US, but we're happy to ship to customers anywhere in the world.

Can I combine discount codes/ Coupons? Discount codes/ coupons can't be combined or stacked with other offers, only one code can be applied per order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info so you always know where things stand.

What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of skincare, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping costs are not covered by EPIVARE. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at hello@epivare.com with a photo and we'll make it right.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
